How does SculpSure work for non-invasive fat removal?
The SculpSure laser provides non-surgical, permanent removal of unwanted, stubborn fat cells. Targeted laser energy heats fat while cooling the overlying skin to prevent damage and for comfort during the procedure. Over the following months, the damaged fat cells are processed and eliminated through the body’s lymphatic system.
SculpSure can be used to treat unwanted fat on the belly, love handles, back, and inner and outer thighs. Every patient is different. Most people see the best results when they receive a series of treatments. Ask our aesthetics manager for a treatment plan that is right for you.
What to expect during a SculpSure procedure?
Initially, you will feel a cooling sensation. The laser cycles on and off, raising the temperature of the fat cells while keeping the skin cool and protected. Most patients feel a deep warmth and/or tingling sensation intermittently throughout the treatment. After the 25-minute treatment is finished, you can resume your daily activities. Results may be observed as soon as 6 weeks; optimal results typically seen at 12 weeks.
